A special highlight of the first SMA week was the ‘Day of the Voice’, during which artistic director Friedrich Praetorius invited the audience to sing well-known songs and evergreens together on the newly inaugurated open-air stage at Haus Aquarell. Of course, there was also an appropriate warm-up song. Afterwards, Prof Dr Michael Fuchs gave an informative and entertaining lecture on the ‘anatomical marvel’ of the human voice.
